Street Sins Coffee & Burger operates this website and ordering platform from Nicosia, Cyprus. We are the data controller for the personal data described below. You can reach us at orders@streetsinsburger.com or +357 22 264974.

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and — if you choose to drop a map pin — the coordinates of your delivery point. We keep a record of what you ordered and how you paid.

If you create an account we also store a hashed version of your password, your saved addresses, your loyalty balance and your language preference. We never store your card number: card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider.

Riders delivering your order share their live location with us while they are on shift. That location is visible to you only while your order is in transit.

To cook and deliver your order, to let you track it, to handle refunds and complaints, to run the loyalty programme and — only if you opt in — to send you occasional offers. We also keep aggregate figures to understand how busy the kitchen is.

Our riders see the delivery name, address and phone number for the order they are carrying. Our payment provider processes card payments under its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal data to anyone, ever.

Order records are kept for seven years to meet Cyprus tax and accounting requirements. Rider location history attached to an order is deleted after 90 days. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it for marketing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies: one to keep you signed in, one to remember your language, and browser local storage to remember the contents of your bag. We do not run advertising trackers.
